Privacy Policy
Updated: 5 November 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Sort Sheep mobile app. You do not need to create an account or enter your name or email to start playing.
2. Data on your device
Your best score, vibration preference and reduced motion preference are stored locally on your device. Clearing app data may remove these settings and scores. Restoration also depends on operating system backups.
3. Usage analytics
The iOS version integrates Firebase Analytics and enables analytics collection at startup. Custom events include starting a round, ending a round (score and duration), and the result of an ad used to continue (rewarded, cancelled or unavailable). This data helps us understand play and improve the experience.
Depending on configuration, the SDK may process app installation identifiers, device and operating system information, and app interactions. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Rewarded ads
Sort Sheep integrates Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded ads. The advertising SDK may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, technical information and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.
The Google UMP consent flow is used before loading ads in the production advertising configuration. Privacy options appear in game settings when required by the SDK. You can skip the ad and start a new round. See how Google uses advertising information.
5. Data recipients and retention
Google processes Analytics and AdMob data under the terms of each service. Data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. SDK data retention depends on the service and project configuration; this policy does not promise an unconfirmed retention period.
6. Your choices and rights
You can adjust advertising permissions in your operating system settings and use in-game privacy options when available. The current version does not have an in-game switch to disable Analytics. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data already sent to providers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, request deletion of, or restrict processing of your data. A contact for these requests will be added to the support page before release.
7. Children
The developer must confirm the target age group and child-directed advertising settings before release. Parents should review the age information in the app store and the privacy options on the device.
8. This website
This static website source does not include Analytics, advertising, data collection forms or its own cookies. The hosting provider may process access logs and technical data to deliver the service.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may change when features or data practices change. The update date appears at the top. Official contact details are being prepared; see support page.
